Long after the party was over, people
were still be telling me how fantastic the band was
I cannot thank you enough for the joy
that you brought to our wedding day. The band was absolutely
fantastic! You knew exactly how to read the crowd and with
each song our guests couldn't wait to hit the dance floor!
And I must say how impressed I was that you incorporated Melissa
(a very talented young vocalist and family member) into the
evening perfectly, and without any rehearsal!
Long after the party was over, people were still be telling
me how fantastic the band was. So please, thank everyone for
me! A wedding day is so much more enjoyable when you know
you have fantastic vendors to take care of everything for
you, and you did just that! Carlin & I are so thankful

Thank you for the tremendous performance...

On behalf of Gwen and Brittany (Entertanment
Committee) , I would like to thank you for the tremendous
performance that you did for Canada’s Largest Ribfest. Your
contribution made people come, and stay, in the park. This
was a record year for us – while we don’t have all the final
numbers, your contribution helped us retain our title as Canada’s
Largest – over the 4 days, we had over 175,000 people through
the park (148,000 in 2008). In the 14 years that we have done
the Ribfest, this year’s proceeds will put us at over $2 million
raised for various charitable work in Burlington, in Ontario
and around the world, thanks to the work of Rotary and the
Rotary Foundation. Thank you and I hope our paths will cross
again in future years…..you have a new fan in me and may see
me at any local gigs you have.

a sparkling fashion

Over the last few years and many corporate
and private parties, I must say, you are an essential part

The Highlight of the Event…
was Rob Reed and "THE RAT PACK"
We recently had an event with a 1940-50's
theme. We hired celebrity look-alikes such as Fred Astaire
and Humphrey Bogart among others for atmosphere and entertainment.
The highlight of the event, however, was Rob Reed and "THE
RAT PACK". For weeks after the event, customers were
still commenting on how good the band was. We probably could
have gotten away with just hiring just " THE RAT PACK"
and no other entertainment - they were that good!
Rob and the rest of the band arrived
and were set up in plenty of time, came dressed for the party
and were professional on all accounts. The things that impressed
me the most, however, was their ability to work the audience
and their flexibility in going with the flow, such as working
with other the other entertainers we had hired.
A few weeks before the event, I had
faxed all the entertainers an outline of the day including
the story line of the doll we were promoting. Within a few
days, Rob unexpectedly dropped off a story about the fictional
meeting of his band and the dolls character. It was so well
written that we made copies to include in the customer handouts
and media kits. Needless to say, I was most impressed.
I would definitely recommend Rob Reed
and his " THE RAT PACK" band; in fact, we are currently
trying to think up another excuse for an event just so we
can have them back.

Reaches People with his Music and
Personality
Rob Reed is very professional, enthusiastic
and a high-energy performer with an excellent voice. He has
an intense presence that one actually feels. Besides, hearing
his great performance, he also provides mood music when the
room requires it. If the clientele wants Rock & Roll he
is the player. He gives them Blues or swings the room with
energy. Rob also plays enjoyable dinner sets.

I can't remember how long it's been
since Rob Reed first played his piano in my restaurant but
I think perhaps it is 15 years. He has entertained my customers
time and time again since then. His music is appealing, popular
and encompasses many age groups. A versatile fellow, and a
showman, he garners good rapport with the audience early and
keeps them asking for more. Requests are always accommodated.
He aims to please and everyone usually is. Especially management
because the customers come back for more.

Extremely Versatile!
Rob has entertained here many times.
He's always welcome to come back! In my opinion, he's extremely
versatile. Rob is not just an excellent piano player and singer;
he's also a very nice person.
The CASABLANCA is a very tough gig
as it has many facets. I can only have the best entertainers
- He's one of them. It's not easy to become a regular player
here; he is a favourite.
His repertoire seems to be endless.
He's got a lot of energy, the right feeling for the room and
the professionalism to do an excellent job. Therefore I would
say he is the right player for any kind of venue. He knows
what he's doing at any time of the night. He adapts to the
mood in the room as well as being able to change the mood
of the audience to the better. He knows when he has to be
entertaining and when it's better to be in the background.
We are looking forward to having him back again in the future.

You’re the best, Rob!
Even while you were in the hospital,
you made our event great. Let me explain to your web site
visitors.
I hired Rob and his band to perform
for a convention of over 400 people. The morning of the event
I received a call that he was in the hospital for emergency
surgery, but he was sending a replacement to take his place.
I had no worries, knowing if Rob recommended someone they
would be fantastic. And he was! The place was rockin’.
Had I hired another band, I’m not so sure that a replacement
(of such high quality) could have been arranged in such short
notice.
I’ve hired Rob for other events
and highly recommend him.

Could not have been better!
