he following is a suggested rate guide for budget proposals. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Quotes to be customized to clients with preferred and/or special requirements.

Arrangements and representation for bands and combinations from many ethnic backgrounds and musical styles are also accessible through our in-house management company- Showproz EMC Canada.



  • Suggested amounts are subject to change and are only for budget purposes. Prices do not include a possible "Venue Capacity Amount". Totals do not include applicable taxes.

  • All quotes based on location less then one-hour travel time/ accommodation/ per diem expenses - as per unique event quote and discussion. Driving distance surcharge is always pre-arranged.

  • Specialized or custom rehearsal work to produce special request repertoire. $60.00 /hour/musician

  • All extra equipment, AV technicians/Grand Piano rentals/ deliveries/ augmented PA needs to be addressed in final agreement.

  • Themed events will require a premium.
Venue Capacity Amount (a.k.a. PAX fee) is generally added for large halls/stadiums etc. where a per/person charge or admission fee comes into consideration or a specific arrangement has been made to entertain passers by as well as a contracted core group of influence. (i.e. 3000 person capacity crowd @ $1.00/per person on capacity certificate over and above quoted rates)
